Ran 9 miles today from the library all the way to the park and back home. The weather was beautiful. It has been cool since fall started but today was just perfect. Overcast skies with a threat of some drizzle but I got home dry except of course for the sweat on my clothes.

Capped off the night with a delicious bowl of Beef Stew prepared by Mom (I didnt make it a lunchdate today because I had to wait for a package to be delivered by the fedex guy). Cooked chicken adobo with pineapples for tomorrow's dinner.
